What is your return policy?
We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a refund in the form of store credit. All return requests must be made within 30 days after date of delivery. The store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card within 7 business days from date of returned package. If you purchased an item using a discount code, you will receive the total amount paid at the time of purchase.
How do I create a return request?

Do you offer exchanges?
We no longer offer exchanges, as most of our range is limited release. We cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.
Do you provide return labels?
We offer free returns for all Australian purchases! To receive your return label, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are an international customer, unfortunately we do not provide return labels. For your protection we recommend using a tracked method of shipping back to us, as we will not be responsible for any lost packages during transit.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your returned package, please allow up to 7 business days to process your return. We always recommend checking your return tracking number if you are wanting an update on the arrival of your returned package. If you wish to receive any updates of your return status, please contact email@example.com.
All Australian returns will need to be lodged within 30 days from day of shipping.
For international returns, all must be lodged 40 days from day of shipping.
To ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you, all items are inspected individually before being shipped. In the unlikely instance that your swimwear is faulty, you may return your goods to us for a full refund.
In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, washed or damaged will not be accepted. All items must be returned in original condition, unlaundered, unworn, unused with hygiene sticker affixed and swing tags secure. Leonelle The Label will not fix lack of elasticity, fading, colour running, burring/pulling and fabric deterioration.
Leonelle The Label does not offer price adjustments. The sale price can only be guaranteed during the sale period, not before or after.
