We have a no refund policy on all items bought online, unless they are deemed faulty. This includes sale items and items purchased using a promotional discount code.

We want you to feel amazing in your bikinis and understand that shopping online can be tricky. We will happily accept exchanges on all leonelle items if you aren’t happy with the fit, however we wont exchange on a change of mind.
If you would like to exchange your Leonelle items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to ensure we can accommodate your request. Please contact us at email@example.com so we can initiate the exchange/return process.
All Australian exchanges will need to be lodged within 14 days from day of shipping.
For international exchanges, all must be lodged 21 days from day of shipping.
We are not responsible for any return shipping or handling costs. Please include a prepaid satchel with your return, so we can post your new items back to you. For your protection we recommend using a tracked method of shipping, as we will not take responsibility of returned items being lost.
To ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you, all items are inspected individually before being shipped. In the unlikely instance that your swimwear is faulty, you may return your goods to us for an exchange or refund.
In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, washed or damaged will not be accepted. All items must be returned in original condition, unlaundered, unworn, unused with hygiene sticker affixed and swing tags secure. Leonelle The Label will not fix lack of elasticity, fading, colour running, burring/pulling and fabric deterioration. Please follow our bikini care guide to prolong the life of your swimwear.
Leonelle The Label does not offer price adjustments. The sale price can only be guaranteed during the sale period, not before or after.
