    We want you to feel amazing in your Leonelle bikinis and understand that shopping online can be tricky, which is why we offer refunds/store credit on most items.

    Please note we can’t offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue store credit in the form of a gift card. This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes. *This does not include your 15% newsletter sign up code.

    RETURNS/EXCHANGE INFORMATION: 

    What is your return policy?
    We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a refund via your original payment method. All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

    1. Let us know - just email us at info@leonellethelabel.com quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.
    1. Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
    1. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    Yes we sure do, If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out). 

    Store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card within 7 business days from date of returned package. If you purchased an item using a discount code, you will receive the total amount paid at the time of purchase. 

    Please just follow these steps:

    1. Let us know - just email us at info@leonellethelabel.com quoting your order number, reason for the exchange and what size you’d like instead.
    1. Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost. 

    2. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the exchange ASAP (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method. For your protection we recommend using a tracked method of shipping back to us, as we will not be responsible for any lost packages during transit. 

     All Australian returns will need to be lodged within 30 days from day of shipping. 

    For international returns, all must be lodged 40 days from day of shipping.

    To ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you, all items are inspected individually before being shipped. In the unlikely instance that your swimwear is faulty, you may return your goods to us for a full refund. 

    In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, washed or damaged will not be accepted. All items must be returned in original condition, unlaundered, unworn, unused with hygiene sticker affixed and swing tags secure. Leonelle The Label will not fix lack of elasticity, fading, colour running, burring/pulling and fabric deterioration.

    Leonelle The Label does not offer price adjustments. The sale price can only be guaranteed during the sale period, not before or after.
